Frequently Asked Questions

What format are the photos delivered in?

We deliver photos in the standard 4:3 ratio .jpg file format preferred by most real estate websites in Australia.

Our standard size for print is 5330 x 4000 pixels and 2000 x 1500 pixels for web. In some cases due to editing requirements the actual dimensions of the high res images may vary.

Please ask if you would like images delivered in a specific format and we will be happy to assist.

Note that our aerial photos are optimised for web only - this is because we use micro drones that are subject to less restrictions within the Perth metro area.

How are payments processed?

Payments on our website are securely processed by Square in Australia. You can view the Square financial services guide here.

We accept all major credit cards for payment in full on delivery of media.

Other payment arrangements are available by request but may incur additional handling fees.

How can I access my photos when they're ready?

When you photos are ready you will receive notification by email with a link to the download site.

Once payment is complete you will be able to choose the format(s) that you need and download them immediately.

What format are the 3D tours created in?

We use Matterport to create our 3D tours using a high dynamic range Ricoh Theta Z1 camera specifically designed for creating virtual tours.

The Matterport format is widely compatible with real estate websites most commonly used in Australia.

When can I expect to receive my photos?

We normally deliver 2D floorpans and photos by 10am the next day.

3d Floor plans, virtual staging and de-cluttering may take a little longer.

Can I choose specific colours for the floor plans?

Absolutely! Just let us know your preferred RGB or HEX colour codes for internal floor areas, bedrooms, wet areas and outdoor areas in the comments when you place your order.
